CAREER OBJECTIVE
- To solve statistical problems in an effective/creative manner in a researcher position
RESEARCH INTEREST
- My research interest includes are in theoretical and computational aspects of statistical machine learning, robust statistics, and topological data analysis for multi-view data integration in Biomedical Enginering.
Statistical machine learning: dimensionality reduction, feature selection, non-parametric models, and inference methods.
Robust statistics: robustness of unsupervised kernel methods, non-parametric inference, and robustness of linear multivariate approaches.
Topological data analysis: methods for imposing a geometry, visualizing a geometry, and method on persisten homology.
