PROJECTS
- SEED TREATMENT AND FOLIAR SPRAY OF FUNGICIDES TO CONTROL RHIZOME ROT OF GINGER
Funded by: Institute of Training and Research (IRT), HSTU
Position: Principal Investigator
Description: Rhizome of ginger (seed) was treated with fungicide and spray was done with the fungicide to manage the rhizome rot of ginger.
- Incidence, severity and management of black point disease of wheat
Funded by: Institute of Training and Research (IRT), HSTU
Position: Principal Investigator
Description: Objectives: 1. To asses incidence and severity of black point disease in different wheat varieties. 2. To determine the effectiveness of different options of seed treatment in controlling black point of wheat . Seed treatment was done with Hot water, Fungicide and Plant extract.
- STUDY ON EPIDEMIOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT OF RHIZOME ROT OF GINGER
Funded by: Institute of Training and Research (IRT), HSTU
Position: Principal Investigator
Description: Environmental conditions such as moisture, temperature, rainfall, pH etc that predisposed the host vulnerable to attack by the pathogen. Control of rhizome rot of ginger through Inter-cropping with indigenous crops.
