CAREER OBJECTIVE

    -To develop innovative solutions to technical problems in the food industry ; -To provide update research-based information to the food Industry; -To improve the efficiency of the sugar cane industry through the development and implementation of new technologies, and to assist the industry in solving technical problems.

RESEARCH INTEREST

    -Drying of grains, unit operation in food industry, plant layout -Food processing techniques such as high pressure processing, microwave processing, extrusion, extraction ultraviolet processing to ensure food safety and quality -Rheology of fluid food in food processing -Computer aided drafting of food processing equipment and package design -Computer application in process control and data acquisition

We submitted a research proposal in response to that call following the guidelines and format supplied by ministry of science and technology.

  5. Design and Development of Two Stage Drying Technique for Drying of High Moisture Grain.

    Funded by: Krishi Gobeshona Foundation (KGF), (2017-2020)

    Position: Co- Investigator

    Description: A public call was made by Krishi Gobeshona Foundation (KGF) on priority research areas under different sub-sectors of agriculture, set by BARC, through the daily news paper for awarding research grant under a Competitive Grants Program (CGP). We submitted a research proposal in response to that call following the guidelines and format supplied by KGF. The research proposal received by KGF was undergone a screening, reviewing and an evaluating process through TAC and peer review as outlined by KGF. Upon rigorous review and rationalization of budget by KGF experts, we received an award letter. Finally, an MoU was signed between KGF and an authorized representative of our organization on 13 March 2017.
