CAREER OBJECTIVE

    Have a student goal and success-oriented teaching with high professionalism and a paternalistic leadership process and research career in team leadership with employee well-being management in reducing hindrances in organizational outcomes for the superordinate goal of the Government Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh ahead of personal interest. In essence, "to seek the unknown's uncertainty rather than the known's familiarity."

PROJECTS

  1. The interactional effects of personality on the exposure to workplace bullying in considering teaching profession using HEXACO and SD3 model

    Funded by: UGC through IRT, HSTU, FY 2025-2026.

    Position: Principal Investigator

    Description: This project aims to investigate the role of personality traits in workplace bullying, a pervasive issue that can adversely affect employee well-being and organizational culture. Recognizing that individual differences can significantly influence interpersonal dynamics, we will focus on two established personality models: HEXACO and SD3. Through a combination of surveys and analysis this project will gather data to explore how these personality traits manifest in workplace settings and contribute to bullying incidents. The goal is to develop strategies to mitigate workplace bullying by fostering a deeper understanding of personality influences, leading to healthier workplace environments for all teachers.

  2. Consequences of bullying on university level students: A study on HSTU, Bangladesh

    Position: Principal Investigator

    Description: Bullying at university is a unavoidable phenomenon that has negative consequences on the mental and physical health of students, their success and achievement. The study aimed to investigate the consequences of bullying on university level students.

  3. Prevalence of University level workplace bullying: a study on HSTU & DIU, Bangladesh

    Funded by: IRT, HSTU, FY 2018-2019.

    Position: Principal Investigator

    Description: Workplace bulling is a ubiquitous phenomenon with negative consequences for the mental and physical health of targets and the output of organizations. The aim of this project was to assess the prevalence of workplace bullying among the academic and non-academic staffs of two sampled universities.
