CAREER OBJECTIVE
- I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Studies, at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Bangladesh. My academic and research interests lie primarily in consumer behavior, digital marketing, social media marketing, artificial intelligence and technology-enabled marketing, green marketing, sustainable consumption, consumer psychology, and behavioral decision-making.
My research focuses on understanding how emerging technologies, digital platforms, marketing practices, and sustainability-oriented initiatives influence consumers’ attitudes, intentions, and behavioral outcomes. I am particularly interested in examining contemporary consumer issues within the context of developing economies, with a focus on Bangladesh.
My research experience encompasses areas including purchase intention, digital consumer engagement, social media influencers, advertising effectiveness, green consumer behavior, sustainable consumption, consumer boycott, technology adoption, and AI-enabled marketing. Through my research, I aim to contribute to both marketing theory and practice by addressing emerging consumer and technological challenges and generating evidence-based insights for marketers, organizations, and policymakers.
