CAREER OBJECTIVE
- To pursue excellence in teaching, research, and innovation in Food Science and Nutrition by conducting impactful research on in vitro gastrointestinal digestion, bioactive compounds, green extraction, encapsulation technologies, and postharvest loss reduction of fruits and vegetables. I aim to bridge academia, industry, and society through outcome-oriented research that advances sustainable food systems, enhances nutritional quality, and contributes to public health and food security.

- In Vitro Gastrointestinal Digestion, Bioactive Compound Analysis, Green Extraction, Encapsulation, Fruits and Vegetables Post Harvest Loss Minimization Techniques .
