PROJECTS

  1. Demography, clinical profile and outcome of RT-PCR positive COVID-19 patients in Cumilla District

    Funded by: MOH

    Position: Molecular Biologist

Description: Dr. Mohammad Izazul Hoque, Md. Nazmul Hasan, Dr. Al Amin, Dr. Najnin Jahan Hafsa, Dr. Roksana Akter, Dr. Pinki Shaha Dr. Utshab Roy, Dr. Abu Mohammad Saem; Demography, clinical profile and outcome of RT-PCR positive COVID-19 patients in Cumilla District

  2. Exploring the effect of short solubility controlling peptide tags (SCP-tags) on amorphous protein aggregation and their potential in manipulating in-vivo immune response by using BPTI-19A and dengue virus envelope protein domain 3 (ED3)

    Funded by: MOST

    Position: Research Student

Description: Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mohammad Monirul Islam, I worked on several projects as a research student for more than two years. My major responsibilities were to design and execute protocols for immunological and molecular biology experiments e.g. ELISA, RT-PCR, FACS, Gel Electrophoresis, Data Analysis, Reporting, and maintaining laboratory biosafety. Besides, I used to demonstrate these experiments to undergraduate students on a regular basis.

  3. Qualitative and quantitative detection of all natural anti-dengue antibodies using a common mutant antigen

    Funded by: Ministry of Education
